As you might know, I just love mangoes! Not only do those taste so delicious, but also very good for our health. Some benefits are below. Have half a mango 4 times a week.


Ingredients


1/2 mango

1 small banana or 1/2 a large one 

1/3 cup of pineapple (ideally frozen, but might use from a can)

1/2 cup coconut water


Instructions

Blend all ingredients together

and enjoy!
