Tomato Orzo and Spinach Bake
This Tomato Orzo and Spinach bake is so easy to make, yet so delicious. It requires 10 minutes prep time and just bake it in the oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients
200 grams of orzo
400 ml vegetable stock
250 g cherry tomato red onion
100 g Frozen spinach
1 purple onion
2 tbsp of olive oil
Handful of fresh basil
Vegan feta cheese, to your liking
Instruction
Preheat the oven 180 ℃.
Prepare the stock and mix it with orzo.
Add tomato, spinach portions and sliced onion. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Check if the pasta is cooked last 10 mins.
Remove from oven. Add olive oil, chopped basil and serve with feta.
