This recipe includes frozen blackcurrant and frozen mango. These ingredients are accessible year-round, allowing you to prepare this smoothie even in winter when our immune system certainly benefits from a boost.

Ingredients
1 medium carrot, peel and roughly diced
Half a cup of Frozen organic blackcurrant
1/2 cup of Frozen mango
1/4 cup of mint leaves, thoroughly washed
1-2 tsp ginger, depending how strong you like it.
1.5-2 cups of coconut water, so in the mixer all the ingredients are submerged.
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy fresh!
