This Peach and Cantaloupe Smoothie is perfect for hydration! It's excellent for digestion, keeping you hydrated, and is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B9, and vitamin A. With its low calorie content, it's an ideal choice if you're trying to lose weight or simply want a refreshing drink with a delightful taste.
Due to their high-water content, I opted for cucumbers instead of another liquid, which provides water as well as additional minerals. Cucumbers are also rich in antioxidants, may reduce blood sugar levels, and can even aid in keeping you regular.
But let's talk about the other hero of this Smoothie, the Cantaloupe!
Did you know cantaloupes have the same amount of beta-carotene as carrots? Pretty amazing, right?
Our body can convert beta-carotene to vitamin A. In turn, vitamin A is important to, for eye health, healthy red blood cells and supports our immune system.
Like cucumber, cantaloupes also have high water content, rich in antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin B9.
Similar to the other ingredients, peaches support healthy digestion, boost immunity, and have a delicious taste. They're also one of my favorites. Additionally, they are rich in vitamin C and vitamin A.
Do we need any more reasons to drink it? Nope, I didn't think so!

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled roughly chopped and frozen.
2 organic peaches, seed removed
1 organic apple, quartered and cored
1/4 of cantaloupe, cut out from skin and chopped.
1 tsp ginger paste

Instructions
Prepare ingredients according to ingredient list. You will have to prepare cucumber in advance.
Blend all the ingredients together. If you like me, have a smaller blander, you might have to blend cantaloupe, peaches and cucumber first. Then add to this the apples.
Enjoy while fresh!
