Maple and Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors with Maple and Balsamic Brussels Sprouts. Try this easy recipe for a delicious side dish!
Ingredients

500 g Brussels Sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp Maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Wash and clean the Brussels Sprouts. Be sure to cut the outer leaves and the stem off. When ready, cut the half lengthwise.
Pur the oil in the baking tray and put it in the oven to heat it up.
While waiting mix Maple syrup with balsamic vinegar.

After a couple of minutes Add the brussels sprouts to the oven, cut side down, making sure there no overlap.
Pour vinegar and Maple mixtures, making sure that each Sprouts got some and sprinkle salt and pepper over.
Bake it for 15 minutes, check you might need to bake for around 3-5 minutes longer.
Serve immediately! Enjoy!
