Serves 1 large or 2 small toasties
Ingredients
2 large slices of bread. Or to make two small sandwiches, 4 small slices
I small cans (130 g) of baked beans in tomato sauce
Fake cheese grated,
4 slices of Plantbased ham
1/4 purple Onion sliced
Note: I have tried many plant based meat alternative, and there's very few I enjoy. The one on the image is my go-to. But as with any processed food, keep it to the minimum.

Instructions
Microwave the beans for 30 sec. in a small bowl. Mash it with a fork.
Optional: you may use vegan butter to spread inside or outside as well. Works both ways.
If you're making one large Toasty, place two sliced of plantbased ham on each slices of bread. Then spread mashed Beans on one slice. Distribute sliced onion and grated cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top with the hame facing downward.
If making two smaller sandwiches, then Place one slice of plantbased ham on each slice of bread. Then distribute half the beans, onion and cheese. Fold over the other pieces as described above.
When placing it in the sandwiches press, push the top slice a bit away from you, so when closing, the top it will push it back just the right place.
Place it in a sandwich press. Toast it until you see grid marks on.
If you don't have a sandwich press, use a baking tray, brush the top with a little bit of olive oil and bake it for around 10-15 minutes. 200 degrees.
Enjoy with a glass of juice for a nice brunch.
