1/4 Cantaloupe, skin removed and diced roughly

1 organic Apple, cored and diced

around 1 cup Soy milk, to cover everything in the blender

1 tbsp lemon juice


Tip: You may chill all the ingredients in the fridge, or add some ice to drink it cold.


Blend well, and drink while fresh!
