So, let's use Vitamin C's magical powers to help protect our cells, maintain healthy skin and bones, and heal wounds.
Notes about apples
Conventionally grown apples may have pesticide residue on the skin. Apples are often included on the Environmental Working Group's (EWG) Dirty Dozen list, which lists fruits and vegetables with the most pesticide toxins. Buy organic apples and leave skin on.
Choosing organic apples can minimize the risk of pesticide exposure. Organic apples may also be healthier for the for us, host plant, and environment than conventional apples.
Non-organic apples
To reduce pesticide exposure, you can wash apples thoroughly before eating them. You can also soak apples in a mixture of two cups of water and one teaspoon of baking soda for about 15 minutes.

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 apple
1 banana
2 golden kiwis
Around 1 cup coconut water

Clean and deseed the apples. Quarter them. Peel the kiwis and quarter them.
Blend all the ingredients.
